Error at Hooking API "LoadStringA"

I can not start up the launcer/trainer, getting this error message when attempting.

How can I make the app work?

It was working yesterday.

Try deleting the app & re-downloading. Could be your AV blocking/deleting something.

Your windows must've had an update and sometimes that corrupt some of the VC redistributable file, Try restarting your computer a few times so the VC redistributables files are fixed. That should fix the issue. If it still persists, let me know by replying here
