I had try it and it doesn't effect anything.
Do you have any guide or it doesn't work? any requirement?
To make it work, you need to press F1 and let the game run code for a second to grab the pointers it needs. It adds everyone to the party select list, but I've been told this can cause the game to not progress unless you only use this option after Kid is sick in bed.How does "Enable all character" cheat work?

thank for fast reply. So I am already after that part where kid sick in the bed. But I remember that kid will get into coma for another part during end-game too. Will this cheat make it cannot progress during that time too? Because it would be so end-game when that happen. When MC turn into another group, the all characters cheat are gone/reset, which is good so we don't have to worry about getting stuck there.
