I just downloaded the trainer and just wanted to ask....will the trainer m3ess up anything in the game?

What do you mean? If you mean getting banned then no, this trainer is completely safe to use and no risk of bans. If you mean messing up your save, that depends on the cheats you use. Stats are the only cheats that get saved, the vehicle cheats like grip, tyre wear etc are temporary and don';t save
 
I tried it and it works wondefully. I am just skittish about downloading and using mods at times that's all. but thank you so much.
