I was testing some of the options in the trainer and it seems the multiply xp works but the game will stop giving you the option to choose any upgrades when you level up effectively killing your run, and god mode will make some objectives you have to destroy invincible. Toggling god mode on and off will refill their health entirely.
I'll look into it this weekend.

A few quick things I figured out with the trainer. Any of the cheats that start with "Edit:" in the description do not seem to work for me. I tried a few different approaches but didn't have any luck.
The "No Skill Cooldown" seems to only visually remove the cooldown timer on the screen while the actual cooldowns of the skills remain unchanged. Also, it may be worth noting that some of the cheats that do work would not activate for me if the trainer was already open when I launched the game.
With all that being said, the only code I really wanted to see was the gold multiplier which works great so thank you. Cheers!

Hmm, going to have to look into this. Every trainer that's being updated has issues the last few days. Very unusual.
