The one that is available? Yes, for the demo, but full game in Steam crashes immediately I hit F1

Try downloading the RE Framework and using the trainer.
I too looked into using it with the full release. I have the RE Framework installed (used that just to get the game to work and not immediately crash) and I'm able to turn the trainer on and numpad 1 (Unlimited Health) activates but no other options do. Thanks for looking into this one when you have time @Rhark
