The PayPal IPN sometimes takes a few minutes to send the notification to the server so your PRO status might not get updated instantly. Usually, it is instant but sometimes PayPal servers are overloaded so they queue up the notifications.
Keep in mind this is holidays season and a lot of people shopping worldwide so PayPal servers i imagine must be very busy than normal. .
In short, it's nothing on our end but PayPal notifications being delayed.
