Some button/switch cheat don't react in the APP

I tried Sniper Elite 5 cheat and some function works great but others the Button don't react can't activate the cheat, the bar wont move (for example one shot kill).
no mater if i try to activate it with my mouse or actually using "Numpad 6" (both with or without NUM LOCK on/off), it just refuses to move to "ON"
I have noticed this with other games as well. and for some bizarre reason, some times it does switch to on but many times it refuses.

what is the issue (see attached picture)?
is there a way to manually activate it not through the app UI?

You don't need to post in multiple threads.

If something isn't activating then either the trainer is out of date, you're using an older version of the game, you're not reading any notes that may be present, or you're not activating a cheat that is required beforehand (e.g. "Activate Trainer").

Most game updates break trainers and require updating. Requests can be made in the app if you're 100% sure you've followed any notes / activated the main cheat (when applicable).
