Payed for pro and account not upgrading to pro still says "Go Pro"

yeah i so i purchased the recurring montly sub for $5.99 snd its been like 30 mins and my account still hansnt been upgraded to pro status which i need for RE requiem,


is there an issue going on or something> please help me.

You weren’t logged in when upgrading so the system has no idea of your account to associate the upgrade to and instead treat it as a new user account.

You can check your emails for account creation instructions, or let me know if you want the upgrade applied manually to your account but it will not be automated renewal next month.

i paid yet AGAIN while i was logged in and still did not receive PRO status on my cheat evolution application, what is going on here exactly? Are yall trying to scam people out of their hard earned money??

It says PRO next to your name so pro was correctly applied to your account this time. The change in app isn’t instant, the app needs to be restarted for the change to appear.

I have added the extra month to your account so the expiration is moved forward.
 
i have this problem myself now. can someone admin like reach out please =)
