Hey guys.. i have bought pro yesterday and got the product and can log into the site here but not on the app for the trainer, need some help please and thank you. ( i did read a few comments already and reinstalled app and switched my pc off and on again but it keep saying wrong credentials, i even changed my password more than once already )

Use a password with less or no special characters.
i just changed it 2 times and still not working changed it first to 4 numbers and the after that to 5 letters without any capital letters or special characters
changed it to 2 letters also and still cant log in
