Many apologies for the necro, but I can't seem to work the unlimited health, or adding of coins, etc.

I'm playing with the most current version on Steam, 1.0.228.55487.

Just to be sure, did you activate trainer first?

actually i am also having problem with it
i tried without problems
- no reload
-rapid fire
-unlimited ammo
-super jump
but heal player and one shot kill don t seems to be working
i did try to activate the trainer first and again without activating first
