can someone explain how to use multiplier? i put a value but does do nothing

pls refresh the trainer in cheat evolution, i have fix it.

the step is: run game---F1 to activate the trainer---input the value for example 3---press enter to confirm.

Can we get a toggle button for the "Always Levelup Add Multiplier", its not a cheat i use and leaving it at the base value of 1 seems to mess with characters XP and level gains while playing, even switching it to 0 causes issues. Thank you.
