dont think silver works
Use the cheat, open and close your inventory then reopen again.

seems to only do it with silver, ( need to save before using though ) and quickly save after

Hmm, how odd. Hadn't run into this problem myself. Are you on steam or Microsoft store version?

game pass pc version , it happens when you turn it on , or off & then go into any inventory ( chest or crafting table )
Okay, I'm on vacation from tomorrow so I won't have access to my pc to look into it but I shall have a look next month when I'm back.

no worries
it still works, just buy all items, save quickly. then when you reload, you have them all
