if you enable armour solo. it works. ( armour )

sorry for confusion after testing more
if you enable Godmod/no hit - it stops any other mods working.
however if you enable HP, amour, ammo, & 1 hit kill together, they work

The trainer was made with the Game Pass version so everything should 100% work there. I noticed this game takes a little time to inject things so I recommend after you load into your save game to enable "F1 - Activate Trainer" and wait 5-10 seconds and then try the rest.
There is no reason why Godmode/No Hit would interfere with the others except it would stop Unlimited Health from doing anything because you can't be hit.
I see there is a problem for you as the "Edit: FOV" shows "??" Which means that the "Activate Trainer" hasn't worked properly.
When did you enable the cheats? After loading a save or before (main menu)?
