Check your email from PayPro in inbox or your spam folders which should contain instructions to access their customer dashboard. They handle the payments, and their dashboard have the option to cancel and manage your subscription.

If you used PayPal, go to your forum account settings and cancel it yourself which should redirect you to PayPal from where you can cancel. Read this article for help

PayPal interface is confusing but you can cancel from there as they handle the money not us.
