If you used PayPal, go to your forum account settings and cancel it yourself which should redirect you to PayPal from where you can cancel. Read this article for help

If you paid as guest without registering to PayPal, you can contact PayPal and they will be able to cancel it for you. Alternatively, you send me a private message with the email you used to sign up and we will gladly help you.
